Appointment as Panel Lawyer for Program Rumah Sejahtera, Kedah

We are honoured to have attended the Majlis Cabutan Undi Nombor Rumah for the Program Rumah Sejahteraorganised by PKNK Kedah.

The event marked an important milestone in the housing allocation process, where successful applicants were assigned their respective unit numbers. It reflects a key step in ensuring transparency and fairness in the distribution of homes under this initiative.

Our firm has been appointed as the panel lawyer for this housing project, where we are entrusted to handle the legal documentation for both the property transactions and the associated financing arrangements. This includes the preparation and review of Sale and Purchase Agreements, loan documentation, and ensuring that all legal processes are conducted in compliance with the applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
